These Terms & Conditions explain how Eco Defend provides pest control services in Pakistan and outline the responsibilities, policies and important information for our valued customers.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using Eco Defend’s pest control services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, including pest control, fumigation, termite treatment, mosquito control and related solutions provided by Eco Defend Pakistan.
Our Services
Eco Defend provides professional pest control services for homes, offices, commercial properties and industrial facilities. Our services include general pest control, termite control, cockroach control, bed bug treatment, mosquito control, rodent control and other customized solutions as per customer requirements.
Service Booking
Bookings can be made through our website, phone or in person. Once confirmed, our team will schedule a suitable date and time. We may reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances and will inform you in advance.
Inspection & Assessment
A site inspection may be required to assess the pest infestation, identify problem areas and recommend the most effective treatment plan. The inspection helps us provide accurate solutions and estimates.
Quotation & Payment
The cost of services depends on the type of pest control treatment, property size and level of infestation. A quotation will be provided before starting the work. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due upon completion of the service.
Treatment & Results
We use safe, approved and effective chemicals and modern equipment to provide reliable pest control treatment. Results may vary depending on the level of infestation, property condition and customer cooperation. While we follow industry best practices, complete elimination of pests cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, customers should:
- Provide access to all required areas
- Follow our pre and post treatment instructions
- Keep the premises clean and hygienic
- Remove or cover food items, utensils and personal belongings as advised
Warranty & Follow-Up
Selected pest control services may include a warranty period as mentioned in your quotation. Warranty covers re-treatment in case of the same pest re-infestation under normal conditions. It does not cover new infestations caused by external factors, property changes or failure to follow our guidelines.
Limitations of Liability
Eco Defend shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from pest infestations or treatments. Our liability is limited to re-treatment under the agreed warranty terms, where applicable.
Health & Safety
We use approved chemicals that are safe for humans and pets when applied as directed. However, we advise following our safety instructions, such as keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the recommended time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds are only applicable if the service has not been performed. Once treatment has been carried out, refunds will not be provided.
Changes to Terms
Eco Defend reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
